It’s the week before Christmas, are you running around like a crazy person with a mile long to-do list? I Am! So I’m popping in for a short and sweat WIAW. As you will see my meals are generally the food that I’m doing a blog post on. I’ll make the dish, picture it, then scarf it down. What ever is leftover gets packaged up as part of my meal prep for the week. So come join me for a WIAW blog food edition.
Breakfast : Starting my day off is a recent blog post recipe, but one that I have made myself for years. One serving of cauliflower oats topped with 50 grams of strawberries and 32 grams of Nutzo Nut and Seed Butter. If you love volume packed food you need to try these. I’m obsessed! 389 calories 17F/34C/24P
Snack: I made a big batch of my Oreo Protein Balls earlier in the week to get some updated pictures on the blog. Surprisingly I didn’t eat them all right after the pictures so I had 4 for a perfect snack. 200 calories
Lunch: Sundays newsletter recipe was a Sweet and Sour stir fry, which is amazing if I do say so myself! After picturing this beauty I ate it for lunch, then packed it up in my trusty Pyrex containers for meals all week. 249 calories 4F/23C/29P

Pre-Dinner Treat: I am just discovering Italian Ice! I’m making up for lost time by indulging in far to many of these. Todays total = 4. 400 calories.
Dinner: If you follow me on Instagram you saw the Honey Sriracha Pizza I feasted on for Dinner. I make Pizza at least once a week, it’s a must for me! I used Naan as my crust, topped it with 2 tablespoons of Honey Srirach sauce leftover from my Honey Sriracha kabobs, and topped it with 28 grams of THIS fat-free mozzarella. 480 calories
Dessert : Sundays dessert was baked eggnog rice pudding, 3 servings of it to be exact. I am leaving for Florida today, so I didn’t want to have any leftovers sitting in the fridge. Plus at only 75 calories a serving, my rice pudding feast still only came to 225 calories.
I made this eggnog rice pudding for a post that was supposed to come out Monday but……l got sidetracked. I left all of my Florida packing to the last-minute so instead of finishing the post like a good little blogger, I spent the rest of the day preparing myself and my golf clubs for shipping. This recipe will come out soon, I promise.
Thanks for joining me for a WIAW blog food edition. For more WIAW inspiration hit up Laura at Sprint 2 the Table! She’s always eating or creating something amazing, like her recent Crepe Cake! Go check that one out, it’s a stunner!
