Before heading out to practice for an upcoming golf tournament I fuel up with this incredibly satisfying Meal.
A jalapeno bagel (best Walmart find ever!) with cream cheese, 2 over easy eggs sprinkled with cotija cheese, and 4 Alfresco chicken bacon strips.
I really like this chicken bacon. I use it in my Runny Egg Breakfast Quesadilla, Creamy Chicken, bacon and peas, and Date Sweetened Banana Bread with Candied Bacon Crumb.
Breakfast has me ready to hit the course! I always choose to walk, instead of getting a cart for the exercise.
Snack on the Course
2 slices of Date Sweetened Banana Bread with Candied Bacon
Man this bread is darn good! Plus it kept my belly plenty happy, even though I was incredibly frustrated with my golfing. Lets just say my club may have gotten tossed a few times.
I threw together some wraps when I got home from the course with Egg White Salad I had ready to go in the fridge.
Ok, I had this for dinner, so sue me! This recipe was in the Looneyforfood newsletter .
The cookie dough that ended up being dinner kicked my sweet tooth into high gear. So I threw together a bunch of high protein creamy things and it was amazing! In my head I call it my cheesecake sludge, but since thats not all that appealing sounding I have named it Cheesecake Dip and Chips.
